​Elizabeth Hernandez is a senior executive with over two decades of experience leading government affairs and public policy across Asia-Pacific for some of the world’s most prominent global brands, including Apple, Facebook, Hewlett-Packard, and GlaxoSmithKline. She is currently Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs for Asia Pacific at Equinix, the world's digital infrastructure company. Her corporate diplomacy work focuses on digital and AI policy, sustainability and community engagement.

Beyond her corporate roles, Elizabeth is deeply committed to inclusion and access—co-founding GrowHer, serving on the board of Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) and AGREA Foundation, and training and mentoring women through Keynote Women Speakers and MentorWalks.
