Repair in the Park: A fix-it picnic and mending circle

​Bring a blanket and a favorite pre-loved garment to this fun, family-friendly mending circle in Tacoma! From a "before & after" flair station to beginner-friendly mending technique demonstrations and planet-positive kids' storytime, discover how repairing our clothes helps repair the earth. All ages and skill levels welcome!

​Don't have something to repair? Bring a garment in need of some flair, like a pair of jeans or a shirt you just don't reach for anymore. Fret-not if you forget to bring a garment at all! We will have scrap fabrics to try your repair technique out on.
