Clams Casino: A Soilpunk Variety Show

​On the Fall Equinox, Tractor Beam and BEAM are bringing our communities together to launch Tractor Beam’s water issue, Hell or High, and BEAM’s cookbook/field guide, Eating the Whole Fish—and celebrate all things soil and water.

Hosted at Honey’s in Bushwick—a bar with a working aquaponics farm on its roof—Clams Casino is a variety show spanning stories, food, music, science, and conversation. But above all, it’s a celebration of the writers, artists, scientists, farmers, and friends imagining what comes next.

Enjoy seafood bites from Aimee Li aka Umami Mami of Zoli, rooftop tours with Yemi Amu of Oko Farms, and a community indigo dye bath with Kemi Oritsejafor of SOLA Market (t-shirts for purchase!) before hitting the dance floor and flowing into the rainy season with us.
