​Our speaker, Alex Heuer, is a San Diego local who holds the position of Head of Payments at Aptos Labs, which oversees the development of the Aptos L1 blockchain. He collaborates with various financial institutions to develop innovative blockchain-enabled payment solutions. Prior to Aptos, Alex held the position of Head of Sales & Partnerships at Wyre, subsequently transitioning to the Solana Foundation where he contributed to the payments and commerce team. Holding a Masters degree in Blockchain & Digital Currency, Alex is passionate about the development of the web3 space as a whole.
