​In this event, Tia Sistonen, a long-time designer and service design professional working at the digital consultancy Nitor, shares practical examples of how Figma Make and AI can support and accelerate the work of service designers.

​Tia is curious about new ideas, technologies, and tools, and actively explores how they can improve everyday design work. She approaches emerging technologies through practical experimentation—testing, learning, and discovering their real value in practice. She is also a strong advocate of a culture of experimentation, believing that trying, prototyping, and learning quickly are essential for meaningful innovation in design.
