The Talk: Product Management in the Generative AI Era
We are in the early stages of the most significant disruption in product development that our industry has ever experienced. Generative AI is not only impacting the products we are creating, but it is changing how we create those products.
In this talk, we will discuss how this new enabling technology is impacting the roles on the product team, and how we determine what to build (product discovery) and how we build, test and deliver that product (product delivery). If you believe that your company or your job is immune to these changes, this talk is intended to get you to reconsider, so you can better prepare for the future that is quickly approaching.

Christian Idiodi has spent more than 20 years working alongside teams building products that transform markets and organisations. As a Partner at Silicon Valley Product Group, he works with executive teams worldwide to strengthen product strategy, modernise operating models, and build high-performing product organisations. He is co-author of Transformed and host of the Product Therapy podcast, where SVPG shares lessons from the front lines of product leadership.
