Kaylee Estes, former Head of Talent Acquisition turned Founder of Estes Group, a boutique embedded recruiting firm focused on helping startups hire great talent. With over 13 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and in-house, I've taken everything I've learned and poured it into building a different kind of recruitment business. We offer Embedded Recruiting as our main service.

Estes Group recruiters have all been internal. We deeply understand the challenges of scaling a startup. We approach our work with the lens of an internal recruiter, and not only help companies make a quick hire; we help them make the right hire.

In three years, we have partnered with 20+ software companies, made 50+ placements, and have surpassed $1M in top-line revenue. 

Tammy Dain brings over 15 years of leadership experience across talent acquisition and human resources within the tech, legal, and higher education sectors. She is the Founder of Rabble, a boutique firm specializing in on-demand Recruiting and People Operations since 2019, and serves as a trusted strategic advisor to startups as well as the Talent Collective. Prior to launching Rabble, Tammy spent nearly seven years as Director of Talent Acquisition at Axiom Law, where she led and developed a high-performing team of 19 recruiters and sourcers. Today, she leverages that enterprise leadership and scaling expertise to support clients ranging from Seed-stage startups to established brands such as Guild Education, Warner Music Group, Mindbody, Vital Farms, Sysco and many others. Despite a career defined by client success, her most important and rewarding role is being a mother to her three girls.

Kelly Mullane is a seasoned talent and people leader who helps organizations build teams and cultures capable of scaling through complexity and change. With over two decades of experience partnering with founders and executive teams, she has led and advised people functions at high-growth, mission-driven companies, including Pacific Fusion, Astra, and Carbon. Kelly is known for aligning people strategy with business ambition, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and coaching leaders to lead with both rigor and empathy. She brings candid, real-world insights on leadership, recruiting, and the future of work, grounded in the belief that investing in people is the most powerful way to build enduring companies.
