Starting martial arts at age 4 and entering the ring for the first time at 12, he has spent three decades mastering the mechanics of peak performance. As an amateur, he represented the Canadian National Team across the world, securing the North American Title and Pan American Silver. Before ever stepping into the professional arena, Ross was already an architect of elite performance, serving as the National Team Coach for the World Games in Poland. He then successfully transitioned into a professional career, competing for WLF in China and becoming a Canadian and North American Boxing Champion. At his peak, he was ranked #6 in the world by the WBO.
Now retired from the ring, Ross has translated the tactical discipline of a world-class fighter into the boardroom. As the founder of a premier sales agency, he specializes in brand elevation and launching high-growth companies into new markets.

Jocelyn’s entry into the digital and experiential marketing space dates back to the same year Facebook launched their Events platform. In her two decades in the industry she has had a front-row seat to all digital marketing innovations. Jocelyn has been at the helm of major campaigns at Orchestra for the past 14 years and as an agency leader, Jocelyn advises and educates clients and other industry professionals on the adoption of new tools, technologies and protocols to improve their marketing initiatives.
