​Join Emidat for an evening with Lisa Oberaigner (Founder & CEO Emidat) and Alexander Schwoerer (Investor and Owner Peri Group). Lisa will walk through her real decision moments from founding Emidat early in her career - the choices, doubts, and trade-offs that shaped the company - and invite you to vote on how you would have decided. In an informal conversation with Alexander, we’ll look at which parts of the industry are ready for change, how climate is influencing decisions, and where young founders and operators can have real impact in the next years.
