About Event

In this event, we bring together three Monash researchers whose work has made the leap from research into real-world impact for you to hear their stories and ask anything you'd like!

  • Julie Đào: PhD in cardiovascular disease prevention, now co-founder & CEO of Sonorus, diagnosing heart disease from sound.

  • Anaïs Ducray: PhD candidate building biosensors that detect neurological damage from a drop of blood.

  • William Chen: PhD candidate in accessibility research, product & engineering lead at Hailo.

Keynote Speaker: A/Prof. Khoa Cao
Director of the Cao Lab at Monash University, and Ex-Founder & CEO of Pegasus Neurotechnology. Alumni of Monash Medicine & Stanford Engineering.
