🌟 Envisioning Neighborhood Flamekeepers: A Community Design Session (SF Good Neighbor Week) [public]

​On this SF Good Neighbor Week, dream with us to imagine a neighborhood where we honor every neighbor's joys, sorrows, and transitions on their human journey.

​As the SF Contemplarium reflects on its one-year anniversary, we're now excited to launch the Neighborhood Flamekeepers – a community of neighbors who serve their neighborhoods through presence, ritual, and accompaniment, while supporting each other and learning together. (Our first cohort kicks off in November, with applications due October 5! Apply now.)

​As part of this launch, we are partnering with SF Good Neighbor Week to host a Community Design Session. We’re inviting a wide range of neighbors, friends, leaders, and Neighborhood Flamekeeper acceptees to help us dream big and bless the work of the Neighborhood Flamekeepers. We are hoping to bring together many of the amazing people who have been supporters of the SF Contemplarium.

​We are inviting the broader community to brainstorm and envision with us:

• ​What would success for our Neighborhood Flamekeepers look like?

• ​What are the possibilities for where they can make the most difference?

• ​How can we set them up to succeed in creating space to honor our human journey in our neighborhoods?
