As an investment associate working with tens of startups every day, I understand how easy it is for founders to lose time in sessions that sound useful but change nothing. This session is different: it is practical, actionable, and built to give you clearer steps you can actually use in your fundraising journey.

​Founder Fundraising Lab | Melbourne is a recurring weekly practical session for startup founders who want clear, actionable support on fundraising.

​This is not a roundtable, not an open discussion, and not a networking-only event. It is a hands-on working session designed to show founders exactly how to approach fundraising step by step using real cases, practical frameworks, and proven templates.

​We work closely with startups on fundraising readiness and have supported portfolio companies that have facilitated more than USD 25 million in funding. In each session, we go beyond theory and dive into execution.

​Founders will learn how to:

• ​build a practical investor-ready data room

• ​analyze market signals and use them to shape the fundraising story

• ​craft a stronger investment plan

• ​identify and scout the right investors

• ​structure outreach in a way that improves the chance of getting replies

• ​apply practical templates and tools used across tens of startups

​Each session is intentionally kept small and focused, with only 5 founders per session, to ensure direct mentorship and practical feedback.

​The first mentorship session is always free for new members. After that, participation is AUD 38 per weekly session for more dive deep sessions. (All materials will be circulated for free)
