9.00-10:00 AM – arrive + grab coffee
10:00–10:15 AM – quick round of intros
10:15–12:30 AM – deep work sprint #1 – we lock-in!
12:30–1:30 PM – lunch (food provided), talk about what you're working on, ask for help/ideas + I'll hand out stickers ✌️
1:30–4:30 PM – deep work sprint #2 – we lock-in again!
4:30-5.30 PM – roundup: share progress, what you shipped + blockers for next time.
