​About Brandon Hoffman

​Brandon is the founder of Emerging LA and a General Partner at Sunset Ventures. Through Emerging LA, he created a fellowship program that gives students real, hands-on experience working in venture and supporting early-stage founders.

Brandon was formerly an investor & executive at Samsung, an Internet analyst at Morgan Stanley, and spent over a decade working in both financial services and the media industry. He holds degrees from Wharton, Harvard, and CSU Fullerton.
