About Event

Meaningful climate action is about translating ambition intro tangible outcomes.

Join C2ES and AECOM for an engaging session exploring cross-sector collaboration to better plan, design, construct, and account for low-carbon building and transportation systems as part of broader corporate and municipal efforts to reach climate goals.

We'll feature leaders representing the public sector, finance, architecture and engineering, and manufacturing to discuss what new opportunities for carbon reduction emerge when we move beyond a organizational view—focused on Scope 1–3 emissions—to a systems-based, collaborative approach that emphasizes what we can control and influence across the built environment.

Speakers:

  • Lauren McLean, Mayor of Boise, Idaho & Vice Chair, Climate Mayors

  • Zach Solomon, Managing Director & Co-Head of Public Finance, Morgan Stanley

  • Scott Tew, Global Head of Sustainability, Trane Technologies

  • Ida Namur, Vice President, Global Sustainability Programs, AECOM

  • Moderator: Verena Radulovic, Vice President, Business Engagement, Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES)

We welcome audience members from the built environment value chain including policy makers, financiers, asset owners, designers, construction managers, real estate operators and their vendors to join us.

Buffet lunch served 12-12:30pm, with programming set to begin at 12:30pm.
