About Event

It's almost a quarter of the way into the year and some of those projects you began with gusto in January (or many Januarys ago!) may be sitting half-finished or half-formed, waiting for your playful attention.

Introducing...THE HALF BAKED BRIGADE

Bring one of these half-finished projects or half-baked ideas. First, we'll explore half-ness and incompletion, to see if we can find our way toward loving the half-baked thing as worthy in itself.

Next, we'll swap! You'll give someone your project and they'll give you yours. You'll work on it for some time, exploring: What’s it like to release the idea that I alone have to shoulder the responsibility of finishing this thing? What can I learn by letting go?

After some time working with each other’s projects, we’ll get our own back and see if scrambling helped us free up some fresh energy, insight, and direction for how to move forward. Oh, wouldn’t THAT be INTERESTING?!

The Half-Baked Brigade is

Facilitated by Ben Freeman and Rev. Barbara Ann Michaels, Jester of the Peace
