About Event

In the season of love, spread the love and stitch in solidarity! In this workshop, you will learn the skills to crochet a heart ❤︎

This workshop is open to advanced beginners or intermediate crocheters (you should be able to crochet in the round).

All proceeds from this workshop will go directly to mutual aid supporting Sudan.

All supplies but the hook are provided (3.5 mm to 4.5 mm). If you'd like, join us in wearing pink or red (totally optional!)

About your host: Aya Oulal @crochayaa is a long time crocheter who has raised over $9,000 for Palestine through crochet sales. Taught by her mother, she carried her craft to start making keychains, earrings and bookmarks to raise money for Palestinians. She believes that everyone can learn how to stitch in solidarity. Aya also loves reading, endlessly talking about urban planning, and the outdoors.
