Closed-door working session during Hong Kong FinTech Week
As AI agents move from tools to autonomous economic actors — initiating payments, negotiating contracts, and making purchasing decisions — the need for verified trust, clear liability rails, and practical supervisory standards has become urgent.
On behalf of Web3 Harbour (W3H), in partnership with Elliptic and PwC, we are convening a tightly curated group of 30 C-suite executives, founders, and policy leaders from retail and private banking, major payment networks, leading AI platforms, digital asset firms, and regulators for a closed-door working luncheon.
Held under the Chatham House Rule, the seated session will feature hosted, deep-dive table discussions across three tracks:
Commercial — Open vs. closed agent architectures, customer loyalty disruption, and new digital revenue models
Legal & Liability — Accountability when things go wrong, digital contract enforceability, AML/sanctions compliance, and fraud prevention
Technical & Standards — KYA (“Know Your Agent”) credentials, proof-of-intent, and emerging protocols (including AP2, x402, and card rails)
Collective outputs will directly inform W3H’s Agentic Economy position paper for government stakeholders and shape our ongoing initiatives in this space.
