Kick-start your Agile journey with this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop designed for participants with no prior knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean.

Through simple explanations, interactive discussions, and a practical Kanban simulation, participants will experience how modern teams organise work, collaborate effectively, and deliver value.

This session is ideal for students, early-stage founders, and anyone curious about Agile ways of working in business and startups.

*Scrum fundamentals: learn the core Scrum roles, events, and artefacts in a clear, jargon-free way.
