About Event

The National Artificial Intelligence Association will convene U.S. policymakers, AI industry leaders, and NAIA members for a summit focused on federal AI policy, infrastructure needs, and U.S. competitiveness.

Please review important information below before arrival, including prohibited items.

The program includes panel discussions, opportunities for engagement, and networking. The Summit will feature a strong lineup of moderators and invited participants, including confirmed participation from Members of Congress, along with former Under Secretary for Energy Bud Albright, former HUD Inspector General Rae Oliver Davis, former chief AI officer of the U.S. Air Force Eileen Vidrine, and invited guests.

Panels include:

AI in financial services: What policy considerations are shaping AI use in financial services?

Energy and infrastructure: What infrastructure and energy challenges matter most as AI scales?

National AI framework: What should a federal approach to AI policy look like?

Cybersecurity and privacy: How are cybersecurity and privacy concerns evolving with AI adoption?

Fireside chat: Is AI bipartisan? Where does bipartisan agreement on AI policy exist?

This event is free for NAIA members and approved members of the press. All attendance is subject to approval. ID will be required for entry.

Important information:

Prohibited: Bags bigger than 18" wide x 14" high x 8.5" deep and food/beverages (empty bottles are allowed), among other items, are not permitted.

Travel: Only bring essentials, consult venue if unsure. Bring ID and digital ticket. Arrival via Metro recommended (Capitol South is closest stop). Parking very limited, nearest is north of the Capitol Union Station garage. Allow 30 minutes to get through airport-style security.

Entrance: Beneath the East Front plaza of the U.S. Capitol at First Street and East Capitol Street, take an elevator or staircase.

Event room: After security, follow signs for Emancipation Hall, then follow signs for the Auditorium. Have ID ready for event check‑in.

Catering: We will provide light catering. Note to staff if you have any allergies. There is also a restaurant and cafe on site.
