About Event

We’re launching a new community in the DC metro area—and you’re invited to be part of it.

Hosted in the Clubhouse Room at Sudhouse DC, this conversation-driven meetup will mark the official launch of the Women in Cleantech and Sustainability (WCS) DC chapter and create space to build meaningful connections across the region.

Kate Beysselance (Founder, Green Futures, LLC), Emily Burlinghaus (Solar Energy Industries Association), and Cathy Zhang (Circular Economy Innovation Manager, Saint-Gobain) will kick off the evening and welcome the community.

Abby Hopper, former CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association and founder of Solar Sisters, will also give remarks.

What to expect:

Meet professionals across climate, energy, and sustainability

Build relationships within the DC climate ecosystem

Be part of shaping a growing local community

Let’s come together to strengthen connections and support the people and ideas driving climate solutions in DC and beyond.
