Built Rare Kansas City: Sports, Investing, and the Athlete-Owned Ecosystem
Why we’re gathering
This is a private, accredited-investor event for family offices, UHNW investors, athletes, and operators who want early access to a Midwest-rooted, globally scalable ecosystem at the intersection of sport, performance, and real assets.
Two distinct investment opportunities will be discussed. Same mission. Different lanes.
Opportunity 1: FYG (Feed Your Game)
FYG is a Conscious Athlete OS: tech, content, and capital infrastructure for the 1% of performers who treat sport like a calling, not just a job.
What we’re building:
The FYG Rare Index™: a measurable score around mindset, habits, and performance
White-glove support for elite athletes and their inner circle (performance, business, and life integration)
A scalable platform that starts in sport and expands to any “1% DNA” performer category
Capital conversation (curiosity-first, details shared in-room):
FYG is raising via a Post-Money SAFE with a founder-friendly structure designed to reward aligned early capital
You’ll hear the “why now,” the product roadmap, and how this becomes a category-defining platform with sport as the wedge
Opportunity 2: NOVA Real Estate Fund (athlete-education focus)
NOVA is a private real estate equity platform focused on Class A and B multifamily acquisitions across high-growth U.S. markets with an operator-led approach.
What’s unique:
Real assets, disciplined underwriting, and operational execution
Built for long-term allocators who want cash flow + equity compounding without needing a full-time real estate team
Athlete alignment is real, not performative. Ownership mindset, institutional execution
This is not a hard pitch. We’ll share the fund’s strategy, how deals get sourced, and what an ideal capital partner relationship looks like.
A hint of what’s next
We’ll also briefly touch on the bigger vision: Global Sports Fund I and the long-range Global Sports Fund II thesis. Not a formal raise presentation, more of a “where this ecosystem is going” conversation that we can unpack with the team if there’s alignment.
Who this is for
Family offices and UHNW investors who want early access to a differentiated Midwest platform with global upside
Current and former pro and collegiate athletes, plus their business teams
Operators and fund managers who understand platform value and want strategic positioning, not just passive exposure
