​Kevin Teodoro has spent the last decade in the product trenches—from founding teams to scale-ups—learning what actually works when shipping products (and what definitely doesn't).

​Currently Director of Product at UXCam in Berlin, Kevin has been hands-on with AI product development, navigating the gap between hype and reality. Before that, he was the first product hire at InHire, taking their ATS from zero to funded—the kind of 0-to-1 journey where you learn fast or fail fast.

​His earlier years at Rock Content and Escale Digital in Brazil taught him how to scale products and teams, managing everything from marketplaces connecting freelancers to global brands, to building product organizations from the ground up.

​Kevin studied at Harvard and brings a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution—but more importantly, he's not afraid to talk about what didn't work. This roundtable is less about showcasing wins and more about unpacking the messy reality of shipping AI products in 2025.
