About Event

From the greens of the HSBC Women’s World Championship (HWWC) and beyond, excellence is a discipline. This year, the HWWC Business Forum invites regional business leaders to step inside the minds of those who define greatness.

Join us for a day of high-impact dialogue featuring global visionaries and elite athletes. Designed to help you elevate your own game, we explore Peak State: The Mindset of the World’s Top Performers.

💡THE EXPERIENCE | CONTENT TRACKS

Delivered through intimate fireside chats and high-impact panel discussions.

🔥 TRACK 1: WARM-UP — DESIGNING EXCELLENCE

Greatness is a discipline built by design. In this opening track, we strip away the myth of "natural talent" to reveal the systems, habits, and rigorous structures that elite performers use to engineer success. We explore why process consistently outperforms motivation, featuring insights from Janice Wong (Chef, 2am:dessertbar / Janice Wong Pure Imagination) and how to build an environment that makes excellence inevitable.

🧠 TRACK 2: DRILLS — THE MENTAL GYM

Technical skill gets you in the game, but mental conditioning wins it. This track takes you behind the scenes of the "invisible grind," offering practical workshops on how to train the mind for high-stakes environments. From visualization frameworks to stress management, we look at the specific drills top performers use to silence the noise and maintain absolute focus under pressure.

🏆 TRACK 3: PEAK STATE — SUSTAINING LEGACY

Getting to the top is hard; staying there is harder. As we enter the final track, we examine the crucible of high performance: executing when the heat is on. Gavin Lee (Head Coach of the Singapore Men’s National Team, FAS) and Yip Pin Xiu (Paralympian, Team Singapore) unpack the grit required to perform "under fire," the necessity of constant reinvention, and the resilience needed to turn a momentary win into a decades-long legacy.
