London Builder HQ: Build with AI, Win Your Way to Lisbon ✈️

Founders, builders and creatives welcome — the best projects win a travel grant to Hack Meridian. No Stellar experience needed.

Builder HQ is where builders, founders and creatives turn ideas into real products. Whether you're building the startup you keep talking about, designing something you've only ever mocked up, or you just want to learn how to actually build the thing in your head — this is your room.

You don't need to arrive with anything finished. Bring an idea and your laptop, and we'll show you how to spin up a working prototype in under an hour using AI. Grab food and drinks and get building.

What's Stellar?

Stellar is an open-source, decentralised blockchain built for fast, low-cost payments and asset issuance. Its smart-contract platform, Soroban, lets you build real apps in Rust — and you'll get a running start with it on the day.

How it works

A short welcome and intro to Stellar, a focused build session with mentors on hand, quick show-and-tell demos, then time to hang. The strongest ideas win a travel grant — flights and accommodation to Lisbon for Hack Meridian (25–26 Oct), right before Stellar's annual conference, Meridian 2026 (28–29 Oct).

London first. Then Berlin, Paris and Lisbon. If you're eyeing the road to Hack Meridian, this is your starting line.

Hack Meridian is Stellar's annual hackathon on 25–26 October in Lisbon. For two days, 500 builders hack for a share of the $30,000 prize pool. Turn up with an idea and your favourite AI tools.

Hosted by H.E.R. DAO, supported by Stellar.
