이번 원데이 워크숍은 동물성 단백질 바인더를 기반으로 한 재료적 회화 방식인 "디스템퍼(distemper)"와 "에그 템페라(egg tempera)"를 소개합니다.
이 두 방식은 유화보다 앞선 오랜 회화 기법으로, 맑고 선명한 발색, 높은 내구성, 그리고 특유의 표면감으로 오늘날까지도 의미 있게 다뤄지고 있습니다.
이번 워크숍은 뉴욕 기반의 화가, 큐레이터, 아트 라이터인 Jan Dickey가 진행합니다.
진행 순서
10:00–10:30 — 소개 및 역사적 배경
10:30–11:30 — Rabbit Skin Glue Gesso 만들기 (시연 + 실습)
11:30–12:30 — 에그 템페라 준비
12:30–1:30 — 점심 (각자)
1:30–3:30 — 에그 템페라 페인팅 실습
3:30–4:00 — 마무리 대화
오후 4시 이후 — 뒤풀이 겸 간단한 드링크? 🍻

The workshop is led by Jan Dickey — a New York-based painter, curator, and art writer.

What you’ll take away
