About Event

This is an in-person event.

The world isn’t slowing down for anyone. AI is rewriting how we work. Industries are shifting. Expectations of leadership are changing overnight. And while the pace keeps accelerating, the question is: how do you keep evolving too?

This event brings together experts who’ve built influence in the boardroom, coached world-class performers, decoded human behaviour, and pioneered new ways of working. Expect brilliant insights, practical strategies, and fresh perspectives on how to:

  • Lead and influence in a world transformed by AI

  • Build resilience and adaptability that thrive under pressure

  • Harness personal branding to be seen and chosen for the opportunities you want

  • Merge psychology, technology, and self-development to spark real growth

Agenda

5:30pm - Arrival and check in
6:15pm - Opening Keynote speaker: Rhea Sam, AI expert
6:45pm - Panel Discussions: How do we evolve with AI?
7:45pm - Q&A
8:00pm - Wrap up and opportunity for networking

Keynote Speaker:

Rhea Sam, Data Scientist, AI expert and Mentor - Valtech

As a data scientist, Rhea has spent years at the heart of building, testing, and guiding the technologies that are changing the way the world works. She knows the opportunities (and the risks) not from theory, but from lived experience inside the industry.

In this keynote, Rhea brings that insider lens to the big questions we’re all asking:

  • Why fear of AI is natural, and how to turn it into fuel for growth

  • Use cases that show how AI is already being applied across industries

  • What AI adoption looks like in practice - for teams, for start-ups, and for global companies.

  • How to spot opportunities to integrate AI into your own work, whether you’re leading a business or building one.

She’ll share the real use cases she’s seen, the lessons learned from being on the frontline of AI, and the mindset shifts that separate those who get left behind from those who grow with the change.

Panel Discussion: As AI Evolves, How Do We Evolve With It?

A powerhouse conversation bringing together AI expertise, a C-Suite lens, behavioural science, performance psychology, and personal branding. Together we’ll ask:

  • What does leadership really mean when technology is reshaping everything?

  • How do you influence when you don’t feel ready, or “senior enough”?

  • Where does resilience come from when times are uncertain?

  • And what role can AI actually play in our growth and where must humans always lead?

Panellists:
