Charles Kuykendoll is the CEO & Creative Director of Charles Beloved Productions. As the creative mind behind RNBHouseParty and its evolution into Blavity House Party, he excels in creating inclusive spaces for multicultural creatives.
His experiences range from cultural strategy and brand partnerships with Fortune 500s, content creation, hosting stages & events at AfroTech Conference and Essence Festival of Culture, being an honoree of the 2024 Creative Class by CultureCon, Essence Magazine’s Power 40, and a Season 5 cast member of The Black Love Doc on Own Network.
As a podcastor, co-hosting the "For Better or Best Podcast" with his wife Shireen, he is balancing family life as a father, while being a multi-hyphenate and industry leader. He demonstrates his diverse skills daily as a creative and multi-hyphenate while working tirelessly to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Grace Ling (Founder of Design Buddies)
Grace Ling is a designer and Founder of Design Buddies, a global community (100K+) of designers leveling up in their careers. She is also the co-host of How Creators Make Money podcast and a competitive runner based in Los Angeles. Grace is known for creating content at the intersection of design and tech lifestyle/comedy, as well as, hosting parties.
Natalie Neptune (Founder of GenZtea)
Natalie Neptune, a Top LinkedIn Voice for Next Gen with 15K+ followers, is a Student Career Program Advisor at Hunter College's Cooperman Business Center and Founder of GenZtea, a community-led agency increasing Gen Z leadership among founders, creators and investors through events with 3K+ attendees. She's also Strategic Advisor at Tavern Coworking Community, building the new WeWork.
With a civil engineering background from Penn State, her career spans 7wireVentures, UC Berkeley startups, CrowdWorks, and IntelliGen Co-Founder. As an HBCUvc Fellow skilled in venture capital, she's known as "The Group Chat Queen" for fostering global communities.
Featured twice in Business Insider and filmed by NBC News, GenZtea partners with corporations like Kiehl's and universities including Pace University. She's passionate about K-dramas, C-dramas, and K-pop.
David Silva (Founder of Techqueria & Calima)
David is a Colombian community organizer, artist and CTO working from upstate New York. Over the past 15 years, he has formed organizations including Techqueria (25,000+ members) and most recently, Calima. Throughout his time in the U.S., he has led engineering teams at early-stage startups and has produced events as well as hackathons. David highly encourages joyful civic engagement.
