Rosco Hill (BASc ’03) started his early career launching Clarium Labs at Clarium/Thiel Capital. He was an early employee at Palantir, where he built and shipped the first commercial product. He went on to found Blend Labs (mortgage tech, 0 → 1 → IPO), followed by the founding of Perpetua (e-commerce adtech, 0 → 1 → $1B+ acquisition). He is currently the cofounder and general partner of Co:Build Ventures and co-founder of Co:Brand (AI music tech) — spun up from the Co:Build lab.
Rakesh Malholtra is a Principal, Digital & Emerging Technologies, at EY. As a leader within the EY Americas Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Platforms practice, Rakesh spends his time working with clients, helping them transform themselves and their industries with AI platforms. He brings over 20 years of experience building commercial software platforms at some of the most successful software companies and startups. Most recently, Rakesh cofounded Nuvalence, an AI and platform-focused software development consulting firm that was recently acquired by EY. Prior to Nuvalence, Rakesh ran the product and engineering organizations at a venture-backed enterprise platform company. Rakesh also spent nearly a decade at Microsoft in various product leadership roles, shipping enterprise products for storage, virtualization and systems management. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Jeromy Carriere is Senior Vice President, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security at Oscar Health, where he leads the organization responsible for delivering all member experiences, provider integrations, and third-party-facing services, in addition to the core technology platform, including security functions. Prior to Oscar Health, Jeromy was Senior VP, Product Engineering at Datadog, where hed led the 1000+ person global organization delivering the majority of Datadog’s product portfolio, generating ~2B ARR. Jeromy was also responsible for the Datadog AI Research and application teams delivering AI capabilities across the product portfolio, including anomaly detection, conversational experiences, natural language query, incident investigation, and code/configuration repair. Before that, Jeromy was an engineering director at Facebook, leading a team building a service management platform for Facebook's private cloud; at Google, his teams built the Google Cloud Operations product suite for monitoring, logging, and tracing as part of the Google Cloud Platform. Jeromy previously played architect and management roles at eBay, Yahoo!, Vistaprint, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, and AOL, and co-founded Kinitos and Quack.com. Jeromy is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo.
