This virtual event brings together voices across the cybersecurity career spectrum, from seasoned professionals to newly hired talent, to spotlight the many paths and opportunities in the field.

​​This half-day event will feature two engaging panels and short spotlight sessions highlighting actionable insights for building a career in cybersecurity.

​​This session features cybersecurity professionals with several years of industry experience across sectors. Panelists will share insights on:

• ​Career development in cybersecurity

• ​Current challenges and emerging trends

• ​Mentorship

• ​Hiring practices

• ​Team-building

​​🔹Panel 2: Rising Professionals in Cybersecurity

​​🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PT

​​This session highlights early-career professionals who recently entered the cybersecurity workforce. Panelists will share:

• ​​How they navigated education, certification, or career changes

• ​​Their first job experiences and everyday responsibilities

• ​​Challenges faced — and overcome

• ​​Advice for those entering or transitioning into the field

​​Following the two panels, attendees are invited to stay for focused 30-minute presentations and breakout-style sessions. These sessions will offer deeper insights into:
