Driving Change Together: Amplifying Climate Action by Youth
Host: CarbonCare InnoLab
Language: English ONLY
Introduction
Youth are at the forefront of climate action, driving innovative solutions and mobilizing communities to build resilience against the impacts of climate change. However, amplifying their voices and scaling their initiatives require platforms for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and support.
This interactive workshop adopts the Human Library format to spotlight transformative youth-led climate initiatives from around the world. In this format, young climate advocates will serve as "human books," sharing their experiences, challenges, and successes in driving local climate action. Participants will engage directly with these advocates, fostering peer-to-peer learning, cross-cultural exchange, and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
The workshop aims to inspire and equip participants with practical tools and innovative approaches to scale grassroots climate solutions. It also strengthens the role of youth as key agents of change in building a sustainable, climate-resilient future.
