SPOTLIGHT LEADER
🎙 Hesam Masoumi | VP of Product, Simuhealth
Hesam is a seasoned product executive with 15+ years of experience building and scaling digital health platforms. He brings deep domain expertise in mental health, cancer care, aged care, and chronic disease management, with a strong track record of translating clinical and operational complexity into elegant product solutions.
Most recently, Hesam served as Vice President of Product at Sun Life, where he led product strategy and development for Sun Life Health. In this role, he built and scaled the product management function and launched multiple health solutions across digital pharmacy, medication management, virtual care, and chronic care.
Prior to Sun Life, Hesam served as Senior Director of Product at RBC Ventures, where he led a portfolio of acquired and organic health and wellness products. Other career highlights include serving as PM at Interaxon (Muse), pioneering brain-tech applications, and leading Digital Strategy & Innovation at Cancer Care Ontario.

The goal is for Vancouver professionals driving intangible innovation to learn from and with each other by sharing insights and practices for how leaders work with colleagues, teams and stakeholders to turn new ideas into real outcomes.
