​Künstliche Intelligenz ist seit der Veröffentlichung von Chat GPT in aller Munde. Welche KI generierten Inhalte dürfen Kreative nutzen? Wie sieht es mit dem Datenschutz aus und welche Kennzeichnungspflichten bestehen? Wohin führt die Technologie hinsichtlich verschiedener Berufsfelder? Die Fortbildung thematisiert die Rolle der Kreativwirtschaft und geht auf verschiedene rechtliche Aspekte ein, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz relevant sind. Dazu gehören Fragen zu urheberrechtlichen Regelungen. Aber auch Datenschutz und Datensicherheit werden diskutiert und geklärt, wie der Einsatz von ChatGPT und anderen KI-Technologien die Arbeit verbessern.
