About Faten Osseili
Faten Osseili is an Organizational Development and Business Coach with over 12 years of experience helping professionals and leaders set clear goals, strengthen communication, and perform at their best. As the Founder of Mastermind Management Consultancy LLC, she has designed and delivered impactful programmes for teams and leaders across multiple sectors.
A two-time Toastmasters Champion and TEDx speaker, she is also a seasoned public speaking and leadership trainer known for her practical, engaging approach. Faten is passionate about helping individuals turn clarity into action, lead with confidence, and achieve sustainable growth.
About the Kuwait Digital Startup Campus
The Kuwait Digital Startup Campus (KDSC) is a joint initiative between the Kuwait Youth Public Authority (YPA) and The Boeing Company, with the support of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) and programme delivery partner, Metta. The programme is designed to advance Kuwait’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in alignment with Kuwait Vision 2030.
Through dynamic events, training workshops, mentorship opportunities, and tailored startup and investor programmes, KDSC fosters a vibrant environment that connects entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, and academic institutions.
