Navigating the AI Shift: Careers, Craft and Change
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping how we work, create, live, and play. From software engineering and product management to design and architecture, roles are evolving as teams adopt agentic coding assistants, AI copilots, and AI-enabled workflows in their day-to-day work.
Join us for an interactive, exclusive session with Dr. Wee Hyong Tok (Partner Director of Products Management, Microsoft) as we unpack:
The major technological shifts underway
What staying relevant really looks like in an AI-augmented world
How individuals and teams can thrive through this transformation
How do you stay relevant when the tools evolve this quickly? What capabilities compound in value? And how should engineers, product leaders, and builders adapt as AI becomes a collaborator rather than just a tool?
We’ll close with a fireside chat moderated by Hui Chien, followed by an open discussion on how these shifts in AI may shape your role and career path.
