Love Your LinkedIn
The portrait above is Karissa's LinkedIn profile.
(See the event cover image. Yes, that's the joke. Also, mostly the truth.)
Every profile on LinkedIn is a self-portrait. You hung it on a wall. You hope the right people stop to look. Some of them lean in. Some step back. Some point at a detail. Some keep walking.
Karissa ran her first LinkedIn workshop as a sophomore at EMU, helping her peers at the College of Business figure out what to actually put on a profile that felt like them. She hasn't stopped thinking about it since.
Friday at The House of Curiosity, she's finally teaching it. And she's not teaching it alone.
Love Your LinkedIn is a free, collaborative session about building a profile and a presence that sounds like you. Nobody else. Just you.
Here's how it works. Karissa runs point. The room brings the rest. Everybody in here knows something. If you've cracked something on LinkedIn, we want it. If you tried something and it tanked, we want that too. You're an expert in your corner of this platform. Bring it.
Come with your profile. Your questions. Your wins. Your beef with LinkedIn if you've got one.
Leave with more than you walked in with.
