Lukas Saari, CEO & Co-Founder, Tandem Health

​Lukas is the co-founder and CEO of Tandem Health, the Stockholm-based AI health-tech company transforming clinical workflows with intelligent documentation tools. Since founding Tandem in 2023, Lukas has led the company through rapid growth, securing significant funding and building a solution that helps clinicians spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. Before Tandem, he held leadership roles focused on healthcare digitization and AI at McKinsey. Under Lukas’s vision, Tandem’s AI “clinician copilot” now serves hundreds of care providers across Europe and has been recognized as one of the most exciting AI-driven healthcare innovations.

​Tobias Bengtsdahl, Investor & General Partner, Antler Nordics

​Tobias Bengtsdahl is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor currently serving as a General Partner at Antler Nordics, where he helps identify and support early-stage startups across the region. Prior to joining Antler, Tobias co-founded and scaled Memmo.me, a leading European personalized video marketplace, raising over $25M in venture capital and growing the business into multiple international markets. His operational experience spans founding startups, leading expansion teams, and supporting founders from idea to scale.
