Reading at the Beach

​📚A reading club with no assigned reading, no pressure, and no screens! At Kits Beach! BRING YOUR OWN BOOK (BYOB)!

​What to bring:
📖 A book, poetry, kindle, comic, or anything else.
🫔 Your own blanket, cushion, or anything else cozy to get comfy on - a bigger blanket is better since we’ll all be sharing :)

​Schedule:

• ​6:30 – 6:45pm | Settle in & find your spot on the sand

• ​6:45 – 7:30pm | 45min silent beach reading (hard start at 6:45, if you arrive late, join us but find a spot to read quietly until the break)

• ​7:30 – 8:00pm | Book chat - show & tell. Tell us your fav quote, why you love this author, how you like the story so far, why you love/hate this book, or anything else you want to share! Like english class with no grades, no pressure and a book you actually want to read! :D

• ​8:00 – 9:00pm | Wind down, keep chatting about your book or keep reading into the sunset
