​Attention all writers, artists, narrative designers and game developers!

​Novy’s Narrative Jam is an 8-hour visual novel game jam run by Interstellar Garden and NovyJump, and hosted at GUMBO NYC.

NovyJump is an upcoming platform for publishing episodic visual novels on web and mobile, and we’re celebrating our first beta cycle by inviting creators to jam with us.

​Come build on (and break!) our platform!
As a participant, you’ll create your story directly in NovyJump using Ren’Py or Ink syntax. The NovyJump team will be on site all day to help you bring your story to life.

​Did we mention there will be prizes?
The winning game will launch on NovyJump and be featured during NY Games Week at the GUMBO Gala, with our dev team supporting its creators through release.
All participants will receive access to the closed beta for its full duration.

​Whether you’re actively working on your next Ren’Py title, writing Twilight fan fiction on weekends, or just curious about getting your feet wet creating interactive fiction, you’re welcome. No prior experience is required!
