Noritaka Okabe ： CEO, JPYC Inc.
Founded JPYC Inc. in 2019 while still at Hitotsubashi University. Issued the Japanese yen stablecoin “JPYC” in 2021. Also serves as Visiting Professor at iU and as Director & Division Head at BCCC.
JPYC is a yen-pegged stablecoin (1 JPYC = 1 JPY), to be officially issued under Japanese law in late 2025, usable for remittance, payments, and Web3 apps.
