Full Stack: Women Leading the AI Revolution
The most consequential technology of our time is being forged right now. Are you going to shape it or let it shape you?
Women with deep technological capacities sit at a rare and critical juncture. They have the expertise to evaluate what is being built and the positioning to influence what comes next.
The Female Innovation Index 2026 tells two stories at once. 86% of female founders are now leveraging AI, and deep tech and AI-driven companies account for the fastest-growing share of capital raised by female-founded startups. Yet when it comes to who controls the capital funding these systems, women-led companies captured just 13% of total VC in 2025. The technology is advancing, while the power gap is not.
Both stories matter. And both demand a response from the women who understand the technology well enough to change it.
This panel, hosted by Lumina House and CivilizationX, explores how women can engage in the AI revolution as builders, technical leaders, founders, and decision-makers shaping the next generation of intelligent systems. The speakers:
Yvonne Bajela, a venture partner at LocalGlobe, Europe's most successful venture fund. She was previously a Principal at Impact X Capital, a $250 million fund committed to underrepresented founders. Now she's starting Ever True Capital, a $12.5 million fund committed to investments primarily across technology. Her specialty is identifying high-potential founders and promoting inclusion within the tech ecosystem through capital investment.
Fiona Dent, a deep tech investor whose career has been defined by front-running the digital future. A former Main Board Director at Time Inc., CEO of Makerversity and RSA Lifetime Fellow, she has overseen digital transformations, supporting pioneers in ethical AI and sustainable materials.
Yee Mun Thum, the Managing Director of Angel Academe and a seasoned architect of the early-stage ecosystem, having co-founded a startup acquired by Glasses Direct and lead innovation at Bakery Worldwide. With nearly two decades across entrepreneurship, digital strategy, and venture capital, she has sat on every side of the table.
Daria Berman, a multidisciplinary founder with a background in Neurobiology and Behavioural Economics, building at the intersection of human behaviour and machine intelligence. Her AI-powered travel platform, FUSS, has scaled to 55k+ downloads and $200k ARR, having expanded from Eastern Europe into London.
The women building the future will be in this room. Will you?
