AI, agility and competitiveness: how to turn AI into a strategic advantage?
Dev Café #1 – AI, agility and competitiveness
AI is gradually transforming the way companies develop, produce and make decisions.
It promises to accelerate many processes, from product development to content creation and data analysis. But one key question remains: how can this acceleration be turned into a real competitive advantage?
For companies, the challenge is not only to move faster. It is also about understanding how to use this new velocity to better respond to market needs, adapt their organization and create sustainable value.
AI can help synthesize information, accelerate certain analyses and support decision-making. However, its integration also raises important questions for organizations: how can they preserve their capacity for learning, experimentation and adaptation in an environment where more and more tasks are automated?
During this first edition of the Dev Café, we will open the discussion around these challenges with Denis Muquardt, Norman Deschauwer and Benoît de Nayer.
Together, we will explore three key questions:
What can AI concretely bring to companies today?
How can these tools become a strategic lever rather than just a productivity gain?
What benefits and risks can AI create for the agility of organizations?
This Dev Café will take the form of an open and interactive roundtable discussion. The objective is not to deliver a technical conference, but to create a space for exchange between executives, entrepreneurs and managers facing these questions in their organizations. At The POD, we strongly value collective intelligence 😊
Expect different perspectives, concrete experiences and open discussions with the participants.
