​Theme

​The music tools of tomorrow won't build themselves. Come build them.

​24 hours. 60 builders. One question: what does the future of music creation look like?

​Mozart AI Hack brings together developers, designers, producers, and builders for an intense 24-hour hackathon focused on building the next generation of music tools β€” powered by AI.

​You'll get free credits from OpenAI and ElevenLabs to build with, mentorship from people working at the frontier of AI and music, and a shot at some awesome prizes (more details to come!).

​No music experience required. No AI PhD needed. Just bring an idea and the drive to ship it.

​Saturday 14th March

  • ​9:00-10:00 AM β€” Doors open & registration

  • ​10:00-10:30 AM β€” Welcome speech & hackathon brief

  • ​10:30 AM β€” Hacking begins πŸš€

  • ​12:30 PM β€” Lunch

  • ​7:30 PM β€” Dinner

  • ​Overnight β€” Build, build, build (venue open all night)

​Sunday 15th March

  • ​8:00 AM β€” Breakfast

  • ​11:00 AM β€” Submissions deadline (code + project)

  • ​11:10-11:50 β€” Project presentation (3 mins approx per team) + code review by judges

  • ​12:00 PM β€” Judges decide and announce finalists

  • ​12:10 PM - 1:20 PM β€” Finalists get ready to present and Presentation begins (10 mins per team incl. Q&A)

  • ​1:30 PM β€” Winners announced πŸ†

​We're bringing together judges from across AI, music and VC, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs - full lineup dropping soon.


​Who Should Apply

​This hackathon is for anyone excited about the intersection of music and AI from developers to designers, founders, producers and everyone in between.

​Solo applicants and pre-formed teams are both welcome. Teams of up to 4.

​​IMPORTANT: All team members must apply separately, use the same team name!

​Is this free?

​Yes. Apply for a spot and we'll review applications on a rolling basis.

​Do I need a team?

​No. You can apply solo and form a team at the event, or apply with a pre-formed team (up to 4 people).

​Do I need to stay overnight?

​Not required, but the venue will be open all night for those who want to keep building.

​What should I bring?

​Your laptop, charger, headphones, and any hardware you want to build with. We'll handle the rest.

​Will there be food?

​Yes. Food and drinks will be provided throughout the event.
