Claude Code: Building the State of the Art [public]

​No one person has figured out Claude Code. But collectively, we can build the playbook.

​This isn't a talk or a workshop. It's a collective effort to build and share practical knowledge about how people are actually using Claude Code and agentic tools—what techniques work, what doesn't, and what we're all still figuring out.

​What we'll do:

• ​Short presentation on the Claude Code ecosystem—shared vocabulary so everyone's on the same page (hooks, MCP, plugins, Agent SDK, and what's happening at the frontier)

• ​Live poll to surface the techniques people are most excited about

• ​Small group discussions organized around those techniques

• ​Hands-on time trying techniques together, with a shared repo of reference materials

• ​Synthesis—what we learned gets captured and contributed back to the community

​What you'll walk away with:

• ​Access to a community repo of canonical Claude Code resources that grows after every session

• ​A Discord for ongoing collaboration between events

• ​Connections with other practitioners building with agentic tools in SF

​Who this is for:

​Whether you've been deep in Claude Code for months or you're just getting started, you're welcome here. Beginners aren't spectators—you're core contributors to what this becomes. The only requirement is curiosity.
