This is a four-week course designed to teach teens the foundational technical and creative skills of photography. Students will learn how cameras work, explore different types of cameras and lenses, and gain confidence handling their own equipment.
Throughout the course, teens will be introduced to essential photography concepts including the exposure triangle (ISO, shutter speed, and aperture), focus and depth of field, white balance, camera metering, and composition. The program also covers how light, framing, and subject choice work together to create strong, intentional images.
