Anissa Patman is a seasoned leader with over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Finance. She is currently employed with Randstad as a Senior Human Resources Compliance Manager. Anissa leverages a sophisticated background in regulatory standards and corporate strategy. Anissa's career is defined by her precision and her people-first philosophy.
Beyond her compliance mandate, she serves as the Co-Lead for the Randstad African-Heritage Business Resource Group (BRG). In this role, she champions community service and youth empowerment, having founded the Randstad High School and College Leadership Academy to mentor and develop the next generation of.
