Chinese Tea Experience and Traditional Flower Arrangement Workshop
Join us for a peaceful and immersive afternoon of Chinese tea tasting and traditional flower arrangement. In this gathering, we will slow down, enjoy the quiet beauty of tea and flowers, and experience a gentle side of Chinese aesthetics through taste, scent, and hands-on creation.
History
Tea culture in China has been part of daily life for over 3,000 years, and it flourished during the Tang and Song dynasties, when tea became more than just a drink — it became a way to slow down, connect, and appreciate beauty in everyday life.
Traditional Chinese flower arrangement also has a history of more than 3,000 years, with roots tracing back to the Western Zhou and Spring and Autumn periods. Over time, it came to reflect an appreciation for balance, seasonality, and the quiet beauty of nature. Together, tea and flowers offer a glimpse into a tradition that values calm, presence, and elegance in even the simplest moments.
This event is designed as a relaxing and meaningful experience. It is a chance to pause, connect with others, and enjoy a mindful moment through tea and flowers.
