How many facilitators does it take to build a collaboration?
Imagine we have a thriving community of facilitators living from their passion; What do we do to get there? Tonight, we invite you to bring your skills together to create such initiatives.
You may know the old joke:
'How many psychiatrists does it take to change a light bulb?'
Answer:
'one, but only if the light bulb really wants to change.'
... Building a collaboration works the same way.
In this session, Jord, Pinja and Joost invite fellow facilitators to look beyond networking as polite conversation and explore what it really takes to do something together.
The short answer? At least two people — with trust, curiosity, and a shared willingness to experiment.
