In particular, South Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore stand at the forefront of diplomatic, industrial, and financial leadership on decarbonisation.

​​This event will bring together diverse stakeholders to build momentum for green steel maritime demonstration projects and partnerships, while showcasing regional leadership in integrated land-sea transitions.

​· Position Asia as a leader in linking steel and shipping decarbonisation.

​· Promote green steel as an actionable pathway for industrial competitiveness and climate action.

​· Identify policy and finance mechanisms to accelerate investment in green steel maritime corridors.

​· Strengthen regional collaboration among governments, industry, financiers, and civil society.

​· Ensure shipbreaking is part of the conversation and that energy and human rights are considered here
