Topic
Journey Management Frameworks for Multiple “Brands”
Overview
How can we create structures that account for the similarities and differences between journeys across different brands?
Leveraging design patterns and systems for multiple services enables economies of scale and shared learning. Also, using research and insights that are relevant to various products and experiences offers agility and optimisation benefits.
Having created Journey Frameworks for Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) in Prestige Beauty brands, Tim has started to apply journey management towards Learning & Development (“up-skilling”) in corporate and academic contexts.
Now, Tim is using the methodologies for university course curricula and student learning journeys.
